down.....NATIONWIDE....for the last 36 hours basically......:)

Yes I am having problems and yes, I have heard others say they are having
email problems as well. You can still access the web, surf, etc., but not
email. You receive the following errors:
*Error reading from network. Cause: Connection closed by foreign host. (0)
*Err mail storage services unavailable, wait a few minutes and try again.
(I think this is Eudora's response to the above error, not sure though.)
I cannot access my @home email address no matter how or where I
try. However, if you know how to do it, can get your POP email from the
excite home page by logging in your username and password in the check
email section and viewing it that way. (assuming you already had that
feature enabled in your @home settings.)
Yesterday, this was the only way I was able to use my other POP email
accounts....through using Internet Explorer. It wouldn't work at all
through Eudora. My guess is because I was using the @home server to check
my POP accounts and not using some other access source (dial up, etc.).
Today I can actually check my POP accounts through Eudora using the @home
server but I still can't check my @home email address.
Any idea what's going on and when it will be fixed?
