My client has a immediate need for Directors. This opportunity is with a
established software developer that markets its products to the financial
industry. I have outlined the basic requirements below. This opportunity is
a contract to hire situation preferably, however client would consider a

Director of QA:
The ideal candidates possess:
* Minimum 6+ years QA experience
* Minimum 2+ years of Internet QA leadership experience
* Prior experience building up a QA department or group
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with short timelines
* Demonstrated experience setting up QA processes
* Strong knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies
* Test Automation tools such as SILK etc.,
* Knowledge of HTTP/HTML/Oracle a plus
* Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
* BS/MS/CS or Engineering or Equivalent
Director of Partner Solutions:
The ideal candidate would possess:
* 8+ years of experience, with successful management of multiple development
projects.
* B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent discipline (M.S. a plus)
* Thorough understanding of web application frameworks and distributed
systems.
* Strong skills in HTML, JavaScript, CSS required.
* Experience in successfully managing short and rapid release cycles
* Ability to translate company vision to create direction in an unstructured
environment
* Experience in working with third party partners and facilitating strong
external relationships
* Ability to thrive in a high energy, fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, in working with technical
teams
