It was one of those Rich Skidmore investigative reports.
Supposely, PSN dropped some customers without notification and they are
up in arms because PSN is ceasing operations and won't honor long-term
contracts these customers signed or transfer them to a new provider.
Rich also interviewed some layed-off employees and photograghed some
management types trying avoid the cameras and him.
