[azipa] Answer "Web Page Speed"

Thanks everyone for the insight on web page speed. I had totally forgotten 
about Dreamweaver. For those who have forgotten too, this is what you do. 
Open the page you are interested in seeing it's download speed. Go to Edit> 
Preferences> Status Bar> Connection Speed. Click OK then go to your page and 
see on your lower status bar the kilobytes of the page and the download 
time, in seconds, of that page.
