David,
I have experience with Level 3 as a co-location provider, and my experience
was very positive--they are straight co-lo though, no managed services, so
you must be prepared to manage the systems that you install. Thier pricing
is very reasonable for their quality, and their quality is excellent, with
good SLA's for speed throughout peering points accross the world.
