I too had troubles with PSN when I colocated a server with them for
several months. They were billing me every 3 weeks, so that before long
they were hitting my credit card more than a month early. When I tried to
contact someone there to get this fixed it seemed the only people I could
ever contact were their useless tech support kids who couldn't help. I
left several messages and sent emails to my account guy Ernie Cantu, and
he never got back to me once. After the first time they hit my card a week
early I even wrote them telling them that they were no longer authorized
to debit my card anymore and that I wanted to be invoiced. They ignored my
request and continued to charge my card early without authorization.
I finally just decided to get the server back from them and cancel the
card. So I had a friend go down to retrieve the box for routine
"maintenance" (since I've been working out of town) and I found another
place to colocate the box. I later wrote them a long letter outinglining
everything that was wrong with the over billing, early-billing and
unauthorized card charges and advised them that I was registering
complaints with the BBB and some other regulatory agencies.
I would definitely advise anyone thinking of doing any sort of business
with PSN to first contact the Better Business Bureau in Phoenix and read a
copy of the report they have on file for them. Just my $0.02
