[azipa] showcase fees

when we started the first showcase back in march, one of the things the committee discussed was a participation fee.  the fee would be used to cover any expenses related to the show facilities with any "leftover" used for marketing, future shows, etc.  it was also intended to be a level that a small, start-up azipa member could "show their stuff."

i completely agree with ed that the fee is a way to repay azipa for benefits received.  it is also a way to try out different venues.

i suggest a couple of things.  first the showcase participation fee not be voluntary.  the meeting has proven it has value by the number of participants and attendees.  second the fee be reduced to $50 so that it is more affordable for the smaller businesses and not just the sprint, southwest airline types.
