Hi Ray,

Try Stargate, Inc (www.stargateinc.com).  I just transferred two
domains and renewed them for two years.  $8/year per domain.

The bad news is that this event is advertised to take 5 days.  My
personal experience with Network Solutions is it will take about
two or three weeks.
